These gold coins terms govern your access to and use of LuckyZino (the "Site"), operated by the Company. By creating an account, accessing the Site, or participating in any promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you do not agree to these gold coins terms, you must not create an account or otherwise use the Site.

No purchase necessary to play or win. LuckyZino operates as a free-to-play social sweepstakes platform. Participation does not require any purchase, and no purchase will improve your chances of receiving Sweeps Coins or any prize. Sweepstakes void where prohibited by law, and the Company reserves the right to restrict eligibility in any jurisdiction at its sole discretion.

Player Agreement Overview

This player agreement is a binding legal contract between you and the Company. It incorporates by reference any promotional rules, official rules, and posted notices published on the Site. The Company may amend these gold coins terms at any time, and continued use of the Site after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date. If any provision of this agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

Arbitration and Class-Action Waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these gold coins terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding, individual arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by applicable law. This provision is a material term of your agreement with the Company.

You and the Company each waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. Claims must be brought in your individual capacity only. Nothing in this section limits either party’s right to seek relief for intellectual property infringement.

Eligibility Requirements and Personal Representations

To use the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), that you are a natural person capable of forming a binding contract, and that you are not located in a jurisdiction where participation is prohibited.

You further represent that all information you submit during registration is accurate and current, and that you are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of the Company. Falsifying eligibility information is grounds for immediate account termination.

Digital License and Social Token Framework

LuckyZino uses two virtual currencies. Gold Coins are a play-only virtual currency with no cash value; they may be used solely for entertainment gameplay on the Site and cannot be redeemed, transferred, or exchanged for anything of value. Sweeps Coins are a promotional virtual currency that, where legally permitted, may be redeemed for prizes according to the posted redemption rules.

All virtual currency is licensed to you on a limited, revocable, non-transferable basis for personal, non-commercial use only. You acquire no ownership interest in any Gold Coins or Sweeps Coins, and the Company may adjust, suspend, or discontinue the availability of either currency at its discretion.

Account Security and Profile Administration

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.

Each individual may maintain only one account. The Company may require identity verification before processing any Sweeps Coins redemption and may suspend an account pending verification. The Company is not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your credentials.

Fraud, Abuse, and Prohibited Activity

You may not use bots, scripts, emulators, multiple accounts, or any automated means to interact with the Site. Collusion, exploitation of software errors, chargebacks, and any attempt to circumvent eligibility restrictions are strictly prohibited.

The Company may investigate suspected fraud or abuse, withhold or reverse Sweeps Coins associated with prohibited activity, and terminate the accounts of any user found to be in violation. Determinations made by the Company under this section are final.

Intellectual Property and User Contributions

All content on the Site, including graphics, game logic, trademarks, and the LuckyZino name, is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without prior written permission.

If you submit feedback, reviews, or other contributions to the Site, you grant the Company a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Site.

System Outages and Technical Disruptions

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not responsible for outages, latency, data loss, or display errors caused by maintenance, third-party service providers, or events outside its reasonable control.

In the event of a verified technical malfunction affecting game results or coin balances, the Company reserves the right to void affected rounds and restore account balances to their state immediately prior to the malfunction.

Liability Limits and Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability arising out of your use of the Site shall not exceed the value of any Sweeps Coins prizes you were legitimately entitled to receive. The Company disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company, its officers, and affiliates harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these gold coins terms or your misuse of the Site.

Termination and General Provisions

The Company may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these terms or for any other reason at its discretion. Upon termination, any unredeemed Gold Coins or Sweeps Coins are forfeited, subject to applicable law.

This agreement, together with any incorporated promotional rules, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Site. The Company’s failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision. These gold coins terms remain effective until superseded by a later version.
